CLIENT AGREEMENTS
Deposit
Once I respond to your form, I require a non-refundable $75 deposit to schedule your appointment. I will send you a deposit link after reaching out to you via your preferred communication method to set up an appointment time. The deposit is to hold your appointment slot and will be deducted from the overall price of your tattoo on the day of your appointment.
If a tattoo takes multiple sessions the deposit will be deducted from the final session. If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 72 hours before your appointment to have your deposit go towards holding another date. If you are over 30 minutes late or miss your appointment, a new deposit will be required to reschedule. If we must reschedule due to a sunburn I will require another deposit to reschedule.
Cash Preferred
Besides the deposit, cash is the preferred payment method. If we must pay with a card on the day of the appointment there is a processing fee.
Drawings
To conserve my time, I draw most custom designs the day before or the day of your appointment. For this reason, please do not ask to see the drawing beforehand. I am happy to make any adjustments when you arrive in person! Good reference/inspiration pictures help me design something we both love the first go. Booking a consultation also helps me figure out exactly what you're looking for if you have something very specific in mind.
Second Floor
Lunar Tattoo is located on the second floor and must be accessed by stairs. I apologize for the accessibility limitations this may cause.
Appointment Times
When you look up Lunar Tattoo on Google, it will say the shop is closed if we have scheduled our appointment on a Wednesday or after 4pm. I rent a booth and work different hours than are listed on Google!
ID
You must be 18+ with a government issued ID to be tattooed in the state of Tennessee. You must bring your ID to your appointment.
